NamasteService.com is a private limited company of Namaste Service Pvt .Ltd registered with the government of Nepal. Within the provisions of Nepal’s law, the company shall make the delivery of gifts, accept payment, charges and settle disputes as specified below:
· The gift will be delivered as instructed by the customer in the order form.
· The warranties applicable to any product purchased for the gift item will be as per the rules of the manufacturer or producer of such an item.
· The gift item ordered by the customer will be delivered on the day specified in the order form within the Kathmandu valley provided such order is placed with the company at least two working days in advance. Outside the Kathmandu valley in major cities and towns served by road and air transport, the gift item must be ordered at least 5 days in advance for delivery on a specified day.
· If no such date is specified, the gift item will be delivered within three working days in the Kathmandu valley. Outside the Kathmandu valley, the gift shall be delivered within 14 working days.
· The gifts will be delivered by hand in the Kathmandu valley; outside the valley, the delivery could be made by hand, by mail or through a courier service.
· The gift will be delivered in the packaging provided by the producer or the vendor.
· Additional charges shall apply if the customer wants to have a special packaging for the safety of the gift item or if the transport company has such a requirement.
· The NamasteService.com shall make exceptions in the provisions as mentioned above in situations beyond its control – such as natural calamities, public holidays, total shutdown and other similar situations in which the company may not be in a situation of carrying out the customers’ instructions.
· The refund will be sent by our PayPal account.
